TO GET STARTED YOU NEED:
(1) Free weights
Any hand-held weights will do. you can start with one dumbell, a mace, a kettlebell, etc. The game will prompt you to do curls and presses, so make sure you’re COMFORTABLE WITH WHAT YOU PICK!
(2) A computer with a camera and a Chrome browser
We use video to capture your body to track your movements and record your work-outs.*
